Identification by Manufacturer and Model

The equipment manufacturer's name and model number are located on the product's identification tag. This tag usually is conspicuous upon examination of the device. It may be mounted on a surface against a wall or otherwise inconvenient to view. Alternatively, the purchase documentation or equipment manuals may list this information.

• The manufacturer and model number are categories in the online catalog.
• Associated with each model are a group of main filters and safety filters for some models.
• Each group has one or more filter selections.

Identification by Filter Part Number

The filter being replaced bears an identification tag containing a manufacturer's part number for the filter.

 

Caution: Some filters collect hazardous materials during use and should not be handled.

 

Note: The filter being replaced may itself be a third party replacement and may complicate part number look-up. This part number can be used in the "search" box in the online catalog to locate the replacement.

 

Reordering

Online invoices are retained for reference by our registered online store users. A replacement filter can be reordered by clicking the "reorder" button shown on such invoices.

 

The Ultimate of Ease - Automatic Reordering

Registered online store users also may choose the shopping cart option of automatic periodic reorder of a replacement filter in compliance with the manufacturer's replacement recommendations. (See Ductless Technology tab for more information.)

For situations to which none of the above options apply, call or email Filtco via the "Contact" tab. We are experts in matching filters to your requirements, whether for existing equipment or for products still in the design stage.

 

Completing the Order

When your online shopping cart contains all of the filters that you wish to order, you have several options for completing the process.

• Purchase the items immediately with a credit card.
• Print the shipping cart invoice and mail it to Filtco, at the address on the invoice, with payment.
• Charge the goods to a purchase order (Trade Accounts only).
• Purchase the items via telephone - call 800-306-0656 or 239-489-0024 with payment advice.

 

Quotations

For other filter requirements, Filtco provides an online quotation request. The quotation will contain an identification number that may be used for purchasing the items using any of the methods above.
